How do I join the server?
Open FiveM, search for "Shadow RolePlay" in the server browser, or press F8 and type connect <server address>.
How do I appeal a ban?
Open a Ban Appeal ticket from the support panel. Include your in-game name, the date, and why you think the ban should be reviewed. A senior staff member will reply; please don't open multiple appeals.
How do I report a player?
Open a Player Report ticket with the player's name or ID, the time, what happened, and any clips or screenshots.
How do I apply for staff?
Staff applications are announced in the announcements channel when they open.
I bought something on the store and didn't get it
Open a Donations / Store ticket with your transaction ID from the store receipt email. Do not post payment details.
