Privacy
When you log in with Discord we receive your Discord user ID, username and avatar. We do not receive your email or password. We use your Discord ID to link your website account to your in-game account and our Discord, so staff can support you and enforce the rules.
Discord also asks you to share the list of servers you are in and your connected accounts (such as Steam or Xbox). We use these for account screening: protecting the work of our developers and the creators we license from by spotting members of FiveM leak servers, and matching your verified Steam account to your in-game account to catch banned players returning on new accounts. We do not keep your server list. We keep only how many servers you are in and any that are known leak servers or are named like one, along with your verified connections. A match is a flag for staff to review, not an automatic ban. We also read what Discord shows on any profile, such as account age, badges and server tag.
If you send a whitelist application, we store your answers so staff can review them. In game, the server records your FiveM identifiers, session times and connection IP addresses, and when you log in to this website we record the IP address you logged in from. These are used for security and ban enforcement, including spotting banned players coming back on new accounts. IP addresses are only visible to senior staff and every lookup is logged.
If you file a complaint against an officer or a department, we store what you wrote, the evidence links you gave and your Discord ID, so the department’s Professional Standards can investigate and tell you the outcome. Only they, the department’s command staff and our owners and heads of staff see it, and it is also passed to the in-game records of internal affairs. Public records requests are stored the same way and seen by the court’s records staff. The court records pages show only what the courts publish: cases that aren’t sealed.
We count visits to the public pages of this website on our own server, without cookies or scripts: the page visited, the website that linked to it, whether you are on a desktop, phone or tablet, and the country Cloudflare reports. To count unique visitors we use a one-way hash of your IP address and browser, salted with a random secret that is replaced every day and never saved, so it cannot be turned back into your IP address or used to recognise you on another day. Your IP address is never stored for this. The daily hashes are deleted after two days; only the totals per page, site, device and country are kept. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, your visits are not counted.
Your login is kept in an encrypted cookie on your device for up to 7 days. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. To ask for your data or for it to be deleted, open a ticket on our Discord.
