Dispatch voices
The in-game dispatch radio speaks with Piper text-to-speech (OHF-Voice/piper1-gpl, GPL-3.0), used unmodified as a network service on our own server.
Most of the voices were trained by Bryce Beattie (brycebeattie.com) on public-domain recordings from LibriVox and the LJ Speech dataset. Thank you.
